Danville community members are invited to the Mayor’s Town Hall this Saturday, where the topic of discussion will be state, regional and local transportation.
The quarterly town halls are a chance for Mayor Renee Morgan to speak with community members about various topics of interest.
At the upcoming town hall, transportation authorities and assemblymembers will also be present as guests to provide updates and pertinent information and to answer questions during a Q&A session.
Featured guests include Assemblywoman Catharine Baker, Assemblyman and Chair of the Assembly’s Transportation Committee Jim Frazier, Contra Costa Transportation Authority executive director Randy Iwasaki and Danville transportation manager Andy Dillard.
The Saturday event is scheduled to take place at the Veterans Memorial Building, 115 E. Prospect Ave., from 10-11 a.m. Baked goods and coffee will be provided.
