Almost 200 people showed up to the San Ramon Family Camp Out event over the weekend, to play games, barbecue and sleep under the stars.

This was the second year the camp out was held, and it took place at Rancho San Ramon Park.

The camp out was overnight Saturday night, with campers bringing their own tents and supplies to the park, and included games, crafts, a barbecue dinner, star gazing with the Mt. Diablo Astronomy Society and a ranger-led campfire program.
