Seniors Series: Staying active in Tri-Valley

Tennis, tai-chi, swimming and more: Residents stay healthy in all sorts of ways

Local seniors choose many different arenas to move their muscles, from fitness classes at the local senior center to casual tennis matches with friends. Some exercise alone, while for others, community is critical to staying active.
