San Ramon: MIXT to open new restaurant in City Center

Salads, sandwiches, grain bowls among specialties of SF-based chain

MIXT, the newest culinary option to join the City Center Bishop Ranch community, is set to open its doors next weekend, aiming to bring with it healthy, delicious, high-quality food for people on the go.

Founded in 2006 in San Francisco, MIXT offers a wide variety of healthy veggie snacks and meals such as salads, grain bowls, sandwiches market plates and even a build your own creation option for hungry patrons.

During the grand opening April 27, the first 250 guests who visit will receive complimentary totes filled with exclusive items from MIXT’s City Center neighbors such as Athleta, Equinox, Boba Guys and more.

For every salad sold during opening weekend, MIXT will donate $1 to its local nonprofit partner The Urban Farmers, which strives to build community-based, cost-effective and environmentally sustainable model of hunger relief through harvesting and donating backyard fruit.

Located at City Center Bishop Ranch, 6000 Bollinger Canyon Road, MIXT will be open Mondays Through Sundays, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
