With summer’s end rapidly approaching, people who are looking for some assistance in getting back on their diet, or learning some tips on how to stay healthy, are welcome to attend San Ramon Regional Medical Center’s Back to School Health Fair.

To be held on Wednesday (Aug. 21), seminars will help teach attendees about healthy eating, safe exercise techniques and the risks of overuse and repetitive motion injuries.

The evening will also offer attendees the opportunity to take agility tests from a registered dietitian and personal coach.

“Back to school means getting back on track with diet, rest and exercise. Join San Ramon Regional Medical Center for a free evening filled with tips and seminars from local specialists,” San Ramon Regional spokesperson Krista Deans said in a statement.

Seminars and activities at San Ramon Regional’s Back to School Health Fair will be held in the hospital’s South Building, 7777 Norris Canyon Road, from 5:30-8 p.m.

To learn more and register for the fair, people can call 833-775-1575.
