The San Ramon City Council is set to review a series of upcoming goals and the financial realities that relate to them during a special meeting on Thursday afternoon, and the public is invited to join in on the conversation.
A relatively routine gathering every year, at Thursday's meeting city officials will review San Ramon’s five-year budget forecast, goals for the 2019-20 fiscal year, the development of goals for the 2020-21 fiscal year and discuss community survey questions.
Last conducted in February 2017, the community survey is a general questionnaire sent out to San Ramon residents asking about how the city is doing.
Deputy city manager Steven Spedowfski said the survey will ask residents about 18 questions related to how the city provides services, how important services are and where people get their information.
Residents are invited to sit in on the meeting and are welcome to have their opinions heard during the public comment session held at the start of the meeting.
The San Ramon City Council is scheduled to meet for a special meeting on Thursday, 3 p.m. at the City Hall EOC Meeting Room, 7000 Bollinger Canyon Road.
