The Danville Planning Commission is set to discuss and consider a vote on a four-lot subdivision on Danville Boulevard Tuesday, which would also include the removal of 38 town-protected trees.

The item is coming to commissioners following the cancellation of their planned meeting earlier this month on March 14, with town offices shuttered late that afternoon amid ongoing rain storms and power outages throughout Danville and the Tri-Valley.

Applicants for the proposed subdivision project are requesting that commissioners approve the subdivision application in order to divide the 2.19 acre lot into four lots for single-family homes.

The Danville Planning Commission's regular meeting is rescheduled for 5 p.m. on Tuesday (March 28). The agenda is available here.
