Enjoyed your well written column! I agree with you, kids gain so much from working in the outside world before they "turn into" adults! It is an important step that shouldn't be missed. I gained so much life experience from working at Burger King, McDonald's, a retail clothing store, and temporary office work. Without these experiences it would have taken me a lot longer to value my college education and my current job! It is so cool that you already realize much of this! Take care! Looking forward to your next column!
