Police are searching for four suspects believed to be involved in an armed robbery at Home Consignment Center where an undisclosed amount of jewelry was taken and employees and customers were sprayed with pepper spray.

A felony charge related to the pepper spray? I guess they mean that made it an "armed robbery". A bit redundant, since they had sledge hammers. How about we say the WILL face felony charges, instead of "could"?
