Hmm... Is this really Danville news? Looks like it should belong in the real estate section... Unless it's news that more folks are leaving Danville and putting up their homes for sale? :)

Sorry to see them leaving the neighborhood. Are they relocating in Danville?

He's operating from 'an undisclosed location.'

They purchased a BIG 'condo' in New York - Manhattan I believe - I saw his wife on one of HGTV's shows.

Of course, this is a great way to help sell their home in Danville.

It doesn't matter who he is really unless there are those who get a thrill looking at or owning a house once owned by a quasi-celebrity. Where he lives is more important and if the property is well priced. Hopefully the seller will disclosure the new subdvision going in up the street off Diablo that will impact the traffic for this property too.

Jrenee: did 'his wife' have long, straight, hipster black hair? If so, that story was about the Bob Melvins.

Otherwise, Brian Cashman Web Link you now have the right to be nervous.

Please tell me that's bad staging furniture. Horrible taste. Ugh.

Based on the above comments, especially Chrissy's 'bad staging' remark, I feel like leaving Danville too....

It's a real estate ad disguised as news.

Its status went to “sale pending” after being on the market for just 3 days, even with the ugly furniture.

A decent house in Danville still attracts attention.
