Okay, ALLEGEDLY? How did that word get into every news report about a crime? Someone allegedly spotted the woman breaking into a car in Walnut Creek..... Allegedly? ALLEGEDLY? We are so politically correct now that it is ridiculous.

Allegedly, both were last listed as living in Oakland. Officers spotted a car matching the description, and the people inside the car also matched the description provided by the citizen report. The Walnut Creek police department will though not admit to the importance of racially profiling suspects in the apprehension of these alleged burglary criminals from Oakland, CA.

No one cares about protecting the public anymore when we are bending over backwards to protect certain racial classes instead. If they came from Oakland to Walnut Creek its because they know we are easy targets over here. It is much more difficult in Oakland and they don't have as much stuff to steal anyway. With the demographics in Oakland it doesn't take much to figure out what racial profile they might be. Don't leave stuff in your cars.

The term "allegedly" has been used ForEver in news reports, allegedly because of that pesky "innocent until proven guilty" right we all share (albeit it was unnecessary here, since it referred to the actions of a witness). This well-established custom has only recently become an issue with some folks, allegedly because their lips get tired when they read big words.

The point of the message in this blog is that racial profiling is used to locate and apprehend suspects of crime, whether we like it or not, or even admit it. If you want to be politically correct and call everyone who uses racial profiling a racist that is your business, I just call it smart police work.

The police spotted a black female in Walnut Creek at the time of the alleged crime and linked her to the smash and grab auto burglary spree. Case closed.

Did the police spot a late model "Walnut Creek looking car", or a car that looked out of place, not from the area?

The police just don't go around chasing cars that fit general descriptions, they confirm the need of further potential pursuit by examining and evaluating other information such as the occupants of the vehicle. Something other than a general vehicle description caused the continued further interest of this vehicle, perhaps the officers saw the black female occupant.

I am sorry racial profiling, car profiling, and any other helpful discrimination is a part of police business, they (the department)will not admit to it in this overly politically correct world, because libertards like yourself will jump down their throats if they were to admit to such truth.

When you go to the public bathroom, do you use the men's or women's bathroom? Are you then not guilty yourself of discrimination and/or gender profiling?

All people arrested for a crime are innocent until proven guilty. Therefore, we are legally required to say that incidents allegedly occurred until a judgement is made by a District Attorney.
