SRVFPD dispatch center receives excellence status

The San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District's 9-1-1 Communications Center has again been named an Emergency Medical Dispatch Center of Excellence by a globally recognized nonprofit accreditation organization.

I would like to send a congratulations and thank you to this outstanding professional group. After calling for emergency help with my husband last month , they kept me on the phone with calming information and asking questions. And there were 5 professionals here in 5 minutes who went right to work. Thank you .
