Will there be additional parking? As we all know there's a parking shortage in downtown Danville. if more office space is approved?
More parking is needed.

The staff report says the proposed resolution will be a few more spots added, and a fee paid for the additional needed spots under the "parking in lieu" fee the Town uses to pay for additional parking (like the Rose street lot and Gagen McCoy building) that the Town adds.

He would like to pay into the town's parking in lieu fee. The fee has not changed for 30 years. The cost of real estate has gone up 300% to 400%, the town is letting the developers get over on the residents. No cost for paving, lighting, insurance, property taxes on extra land for parking. Great Deal for developers.
