Eroding backyards alarm Pleasanton residents

There are signs of the wet winter visible everywhere in Pleasanton, from the tarps and bulldozers drivers on Interstate 680 can see along the Arroyo de la Laguna to the sandbags and signage warning of flooding on Foothill Road, still out in they're needed again.

I hate to say it,but zone 7 and all the other agencies
Failed everyone by not allowing the redirection of
Flow westward as presented to them all last year(refused
to grant emergency creek alignment and debris removal
Were given plan but failed to allow exactly what they are doing now to move forward.What do they do?
I wish all affected former neighbors of mine the best
Outcome possible.Its purely a swamp of geniuses
Making it impossible for anyone to protect there own property unless they all get together and agree to bless
It.Drain the swamp,and the creek just might flow straight!
