I'm wondering if $10K is enough to compel or motivate anyone who may know something about this to come forward resulting in an arrest of the scum who committed this crime. It may be worth exploring a possibility of securing matching funds on the part of industry, businesses and charitable/philanthropic from across our community based upon commitments from citizens and other businesses and organizations throughout the region. If successful, it may prove to be a viable alternative in helping to solve cold cases and many other crimes which remain open and unresolved.
