County combating drunk-driving with funding from state grant

During the holiday season, law enforcement officers see some of the highest incidents of DUIs than any time of the year, and in anticipation, the Contra Costa County Probation Department has received a state grant to fund its efforts to help ensure past offenders do not repeat their crime.

I hope they are looking for Marijuana DUI's as this is becoming more an issue in today's world. I see people smoking marijuana down the freeways and city streets all the time.
