Well-trained SRPD corporal, good Samaritans save man from sudden cardiac arrest

Cpl. Schneider arrived on the scene to find Bryan Waters, an arborist for Bartlett Tree Experts, on the phone with dispatchers from San Ramon Valley 911 Communications. Also on the scene was Waters' co-worker, Alberto Ramon-Garcia, who was giving the patient CPR.
