Danville council to review wireless cell facility policies amid new FCC regulations

The debate over the installation of wireless communication facilities continues in Danville, as the Town Council is set to discuss updating its policies regulating the installation of cell facilities on the public right-of-way at its regular meeting on Tuesday evening.

The Staff is WRONG, California Supreme Court upheld a lower courts’ rulings in favor of San Francisco’s wireless ordinance in a unanimous decision. “The city has inherent local police power to determine the appropriate uses of land within its jurisdiction,” the California Supreme Court ruled. “That power includes the authority to establish aesthetic conditions for land use.”

Jami Tucker is one of the creepiest ring leaders in Town. Thank goodness she isn’t leading policy for our community. And yes, I am one of the ones that you have attacked in the past.
