Danville Planning Commission set to review new mixed-use building for downtown

The Valero gas station site in downtown Danville may be receiving a major makeover in the future, after developers have requested that the town allow them to construct a two-story mixed-use building on the property.

Please not another 2 story building. Danville is starting to look like Walnut Creek. :-(

I agree with JJ ~ Danville’s charm comes from its quaint small town feel ~ it’s a gradual slide into Walnut Creek city feel ~ please keep our town small safe and connected!

More retail space!
Has anyone checked out how much empty retail space there is in Danville already.
I also agree "another 2 story building.
Aren't there plans for a 2 story building across from Pete's Car Wash restaurant?
