Blackhawk developer, philanthropist Ken Behring dies at 91

Blackhawk developer Kenneth E. Behring, known for his worldwide philanthropy and booming business and development career that included helping transform the Tri-Valley, has died at 91 years old.

Mr. Behring's MD-80 was an impressive presence for years at the Livermore Airport. Even more impressive to me was his philanthropy.
