Thousands of us have been waiting for this rezoning of Mudd’s and I am thrilled that it’s finally going to be discussed. Changing the zoning to Park requires a general plan amendment and so three hearings have to be held by the planning commission and then the city Council. This joint meeting counts as the first for both of them.
