DeSaulnier talks immigration, gun control, impeachment at Danville town hall

So, he labels himself a "liberal", and does a drive thru Danville, where he wants to talk about impeaching the President of the United States. He is horrible! Look at the out of control homeless problem in all the cities run by "liberals" in the Bay Area, but he wants to talk about impeachment? He is a joke, and Danville has the second highest percentage of registered Republicans in the Bay Area, after Hillsborough. But with his "liberal" buddies trying to stir up trouble by posting the names of people and businesses that support Republicans, he thinks we are going to stand up at his alleged town hall meeting in front of this "liberal" politician and honestly tell him what we think of illegal immigration, homeless, attacks on police, and increasing taxes and regulations on business?

Well said Danville!
He does not listen to a thing or hold any concerns of the people in his district. He was elected to represent us and instead just goes through the motions, throws some stats up, and tells the people what he believes they want to hear. One more reason we need to put term limits on the senate and house. To long in office creates corruption.

I 100% Agree with both Danville and Resident's comments above but could not like their comments so I'm stating it!

It’s much easier for him to talk about national issues and point fingers at Washington rather than the issues in his back yard. How about the homeless issue which is gradually migrating from SF/Oakland to the suburbs? What about the fact that BART is a mobile homeless shelter and no longer safe to ride during off-peak hours? What about all the needles and feces which line the sidewalks in SF and may be coming to your community? There are many important issues he could have tried to address, but I guess that’s asking too much and may not play well with his followers or finders
