My husband was sent to San Ramon Regional when Kaiser Walnut Creek was full.
He was there several days, and the nurses were remarkable. The care and caring were top notch. I was present while a supervisor was doing an evaluation of one of the best nurses who took care of my husband. He was rude and disrespectful to the nurse. After she left the room he stayed behind to ask me questions about her work. I felt he had "observed" her but had no idea what he was seeing. Best wishes to the hard working nurses at San Ramon Regional in your quest for a fair contract. Your patients and their families appreciate the work you do.
