The City of San Ramon raises hell if a resident replaces a toilet without a permit, but the City code requires an event in the public right of way to also have a permit. Did the organizer of the protest get a permit, submit a plan, provide portapotties, and have insurance? With 200 people attending the protest, they are required to have a permit.

President Trump has not been impeached, and won't be. And President Trump is not going to jail.

The electorate is not dysfunctional, it works perfectly.

What is dysfunctional is democrats ballot harvesting and cheating someone out of office who won on election day.
