Pair arrested in connection with Alamo home burglaries

Two Clayton men are facing multiple burglary charges after their arrest Wednesday while in possession of stolen property, according to a Contra Costa County Sheriff's Office spokesman.

Lipston is on parole, and Cooper has been arrested over 20 times (including serious felonies) since 2015. And he's 25 years old. Put these career criminals behind bars for LIFE.
