San Ramon Mayor Bill Clarkson is set to give his ninth and final State of the City on Feb. 19, where he will reflect on the recent accomplishments achieved by the city as well as the challenges that lay ahead.

I hope the Mayor repeats his State of the City address at a future City Council meeting. I'm sure the community would appreciate hearing his insights if they are not able to attend this function.
