What a shock. Thanks to the Judicial Council and our governor, this kind of behavior is coming soon to a neighborhood near you.

Here is the motto of the California Judicial Council:

“Ensuring the consistent, independent, impartial, and accessible administration of justice.“

LOL!!! This council of clowns, including the governor, is so out of touch with everyday people. They interpret the law the way they see fit, and then attempt to bolster their decisions with opinions that go on forever. I actually find it amusing because the law, as written, is supposed to be clear and concise. On the other hand, what better way to convince ordinary people that the California Judicial Council is run by people who consider themselves professionals? What a joke.

The fact is, it’s not about the law, it’s about power. Power substitutes as the law when politics enter. Look no further when Newsom is on television. He’s attempting to project power for political gains. And if you think those people in their so-called “judicial council” don’t have a means to their ends, think again. They are nothing more than political lap dogs for the governor.

The Chief Justice is the head of the judicial council. I'd say she is pretty well-qualified...

At Huh?

The Chief Justice is, as you say, “pretty qualified?” Really? In what way? Better yet, explain to me how her “qualifications” support releasing criminals? She is part of an elite political club that uses the law as cover.

If she is so qualified, then tell me why a federal judge told her and the other asshole, Attorney General Xavier Becerra, that it is unconstitutional to force people in California to go through a background check to purchase ammo. Chief Justice Tani Gorre Cantil-Sakauye, Becerra, and Newsom got their asses handed to them on this one - and rightfully so.

The bottom line is that Judge Tani Gorre is more interested in releasing criminals to the streets. She and the rest of her crew don’t give a damn about a citizen’s right to defend his/her self.

Abraham Lincoln said it the best: “Nearly all men can stand adversity, but if you want to test a man’s character, give him power.” Gorre, Becerra, and Newsom don’t have character, they are characters.

Don't miss out on the discussion!
