Staying Healthy: Mental health care during lockdown

Feelings of anxiety, isolation and depression have become more commonplace due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, and local mental health professionals want residents who experience these issues to know that they are not alone.

Being on lockdown is mentally unhealthy, especially for those of us who are always on the go. With the exception of the very elderly or toddlers, if you're handling this really well, you need to get out more.
