SB 1223 Mental Health Awareness License Plate
The design is submitted to DMV then CHP for review. After the final design has been approved (est Mar, 2021), 7,500 pre-sales of the plate need to be made. Once that threshold is made, the plates will be released. You can sign up to be notified by going to Web Link.
