As COVID-19 continues to impact every aspect of life, local real estate professionals have had to change how they show homes. Technology now allows potential buyers to see homes virtually.

Will Doerlich, a local realtor, sold a condo I had purchased as an investment in Hayward using nothing but video tours and virtual signings. I never met the actual buyers. Will handled it all. This transaction happened in 2018.
