Supervisor Andersen talks coronavirus response during State of the County address

Andersen's State of the County address largely focused on the local response to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic and reviewed how District 2 (which includes San Ramon, Danville and Alamo) has fared against the virus.

What is the point of voting in fines for not following county orders to fight Covid-19, if local jurisdictions aren’t going to enforce them.
