Contra Costa County Supervisors beef up commercial tenant rent, eviction protections

The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday enacted new protections for commercial rental tenants who can prove financial hardship directly tied to COVID-19-related causes.

Have the supervisors asked the banks who hold the mortgages on commercial properties to be more lenient?
