This Census count success didn't just happen out of the blue, a number of Contra Costa residents volunteered their time and effort to make this such a favorable outcome. Those community members appointed by Supervisors Burgess and Anderson who made this such a success should be recognized. A special thank you to all the volunteers who did the work.
