Seniors 65 and older can schedule COVID-19 vaccination in Contra Costa County

Contra Costa County residents 65 and older can now sign up to receive COVID-19 vaccine shots, Contra Costa Health Services said.

Getting the schools reopened should be of the highest priority. But not if the teachers are not protected. Why can’t we get the teachers vaccinated right away? If they have the vaccine, then they can teach safely, and schools can reopen. What are we waiting for?

Just try it! The website is a total mess. There are supposedly 2 sites that are available but when you try to sign up at DVC in PH there is no availability for any future dates. The only option is Contra Costa College in Richmond, a 34 mile drive for someone living in the San Ramon Valley.
