County supervisors want more vaccines in neediest areas

Contra Costa County supervisors said this week that they want to increase the COVID-19 vaccination rates in the communities hit hardest by the virus, mostly lower-income areas and communities of color.

Board of Supervisors RETREAT??? During a pandemic??? When it would seem governments at all levels are bleeding red from all the unbudgeted expenses due to the pandemic??? TONE. DEAF!
