Danville: Planning Commission to again discuss Montair HOA appeal

The Danville Planning Commission is set Tuesday to carry on with its review of an appeal challenging a residential project that would reduce a lot area in the Montair neighborhood of western Danville.

Seems like this is a very reasonable request. I predict the trend shifting back to the Eastside like in the 90’s. If this HOA is this difficult to work with, the $ on the Westside will go back to Blackhawk!!

Good job by the planning commission standing by the community that elected them. The Montair HOA sounds like they are all from the dark ages. They should be advocating FOR their members not against them!
