Can we sue or impeach Swalwell for having an inappropriate relationship with a Chinese spy before and during his tenure on the House Intelligence Committee? If not, why not?

Agree with the 2 previous comments. Swalwell has zero integrity and should not be representing anyone.

Swalwell is a liar, incompetent, and a corrupt congressman. He went on any cable news show he could get on to lie about Trump-Russia collusion. He is incompetent for having a sexual relationship with a Chinese spy who probably has sex videos of him for blackmail. And he is corrupt for accepting and keeping illegally laundered campaign contributions from Bill Watkins, a wannabe green energy supplier. Web Link

From the Free Beacon - January 18, 2019

Rep. Eric Swalwell (D., Calif.) said Friday that he believes President Donald Trump is a Russian agent working on behalf of Moscow.

"Do you believe the president, right now, has been an agent of the Russians?" MSNBC host Chris Matthews asked Swalwell.

"Yes, I think there's more evidence that he is—" Swalwell said.

"Agent?" Matthews interjected

"Yes," Swalwell continued, "and I think all the arrows point in that direction, and I haven't seen a single piece of evidence that he's not."

"An agent like in the 1940's where you had people who were ‘reds,' to use an old term, like that? In other words, working for a foreign power?" Matthews asked.

"He's working on behalf of the Russians, yes," Swalwell said.

And to think this clown was once a deputy district attorney in Alameda County.

Never forget Swalwell was advised about Fang Fang before the Intelligence agencies moved on her. When the FBI went to talk to her she was gone, SOMEBODY TIPPED HER OFF! Who might that have been?
