Tri-Valley water agencies encourage conservation amid drought emergency

The Tri-Valley's water providers have launched a joint initiative to urge residents throughout the entire region to reduce water consumption by 10% after Gov. Gavin Newsom included local counties in his emergency drought declaration.

Our reservoirs are being drained & yet we are supposed to cut back on our water and surely be hit with an increased water bill!
