I love the outdoors, but I prefer indoor dining. I would think most people do. As long the businesses are making money, and the residents are supportive of local businesses.

Most people are not ready for indoor dining and prefer outdoor dining. Plus there are still so many costs we are trying to recoup. Two complete shut downs and 16 months of not being able to have 100% capacity has been devastating. Give us 4 more months, until the end of the year. That's not asking much!!!

I guess it depends on who you know. The pandemic has been a real litmus test regarding how Americans handle a health crisis. From the seriously paranoid to the it's a hoax and everything in between. If you're fully vaccinated you should have no problem with indoor dining. The sky isn't falling, and some people are more secure than others.
