San Ramon has always carried Appeal because of it’s Schools, Infrastructure, and thoughtful planning and attraction of Business. I believe this is currently being jeopardized in the Near Future by a Vision of more High Density Housing. Traffic and population have already changed dramatically over last 5 yrs. I am against such Large Projects for this reason. I have been a Resident Homeowner for 27 yrs. I think at rhe sake of not disparging our neighbor ( Dublin) next door that one can see the effect the Large Projects have had on the city ( just see the list above). Long Term these Agendas need to be balanced or I have no question in my mind it will have Negative Long Term Effects on Quality of Living overall.
