Just got my stage 2 drought notification. Don't understand how continuing to build HIGH DENSITY housing in San Ramon takes into account water shortage. We are continually told to "cut back". At the rate of housing growth "cutting back" isn't going to do it.

We are going to have a water, electricity and sewer? shortage at this rate. We are also going to resemble Dublin aesthetically and financially.
