San Ramon police arrest shoplifting suspect

A shoplifting suspect is in custody following a police response and subsequent arrest outside of Target in San Ramon on Tuesday.

Good to read that some criminals are being arrested. We will have to wait and see if the DA does a catch and release ... or if they actually do their job. Just my opinion.
