As a resident of San Ramon, I saw this establishment under construction. Once opened, it reminded me of the original Extra Mile store adjacent to the Bollinger Canyon Chevron gas station. Pre-prepared meals along with high end coffee and other snacks. None of the food really appealed to me and fresh food was expensive. On top of that, the Chow location was not along the beaten path of other stores. You had to really look for it. This location is best suited for one $ or two $$ with full service like a California Pizza Kitchen or a small version of The Cheesecake Factory or Korean BBQ like SoCal’s Baekjeong Korean BBQ’s.
