Former SRVUSD student sues district alleging negligence after abuse by theater teacher
The San Ramon Valley Unified School District and a former theater teacher at San Ramon Valley High School and Diablo Valley College are facing a lawsuit from a former SRVUSD student who alleges that she was subjected to sexual abuse and that the district had reason to know about the risk the accused teacher posed.

Dublin city awards recognize people giving back to the community
Awards for Citizen of the Year, Young Citizen of the Year and Organization of the Year were given during a ceremony at the Shannon Community Center in Dublin on Wednesday, Feb. 21. Winners of the Mayor’s Award and Mayor’s Legacy Award were also announced.
