Enterprise Holdings car rental company will now occupy 31,000 square feet at Bishop Ranch in San Ramon for its new regional office.
Enterprise previously held some of its offices in Bishop Ranch 8. The new, bigger space will allow the company to combine its San Leandro offices with the existing Bishop Ranch offices in Bishop Ranch 3 located at 2633 Camino Ramon.
The move will be an expansion of approximately 23,000 square feet, Bishop Ranch reps said.
“As a company, we are excited to bring our Northern California Headquarters to Bishop Ranch which will create synergies amongst our team and provide our employees with a state of the art facility from which to work,” said Thomas Klingler, vice president of finance for Enterprise Holdings.
The move is to be completed by the end of this year, according to Bishop Ranch reps. Enterprise Holdings will join Coke, GE Technologies, New York Life and Chubb in its new home within the business park.
“It’s gratifying that we’re able to provide Enterprise Holdings with the additional space they need and the flexibility to grow,” said Alex Mehran Jr., president and COO of Sunset Development Co., which owns and operates Bishop Ranch.
“It’s a good sign when a valued tenant looks at the competitive marketplace and continues to see Bishop Ranch as the best choice for their needs,” Mehran added.
Enterprise Holdings operates Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Natoional Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car brands as well as working in conjunction with its affiliate, Enterprise Fleet Management, to offer extensive car rental and car sharing services, truck rental, corporate fleet management and retail car sales, according to Bishop Ranch reps.

Good news for Bishop Ranch. I wonder when some other businesses will start to fill in 2600 Bishop Ranch (Old AT&T bldg)
