Motorists are advised to use caution in and around the downtown area this weekend as several streets will be closed for the annual Danville Fall Crafts Festival. The following streets will be closed from 2 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 26 through 11 p.m. Oct. 27:
* Hartz Avenue from Diablo Road to Hartz Way
* School Street from Railroad Avenue to Hartz Avenue
*Church Street from Railroad Avenue to east of Hartz Avenue
* Prospect Avenue from west of Hartz to Front Street
Heavy pedestrian traffic is expected at the downtown event; drivers are asked to be careful.
