The festival ran from 2 p.m. until 11 p.m., and benefits music programs in the schools. During the day, music was provided by the Alamo Elementary School Choir, Stone Valley Middle School Jazz Band and both San Ramon Valley and Monte Vista high schools bands.

The nighttime entertainment featured the Fabulous Cruise Tones, and festivalgoers danced into the night, enjoying pleasant temperatures after a scorching day.
