Street Smarts is looking for elementary school children in grades K-5 to participate in its fifth annual Storybook Poster Contest. The contest calls for students to illustrate traffic safety images for a traffic safety storybook that will be distributed in the community. The deadline for drawings is Feb. 6; the awards ceremony will be on March 5. Entry forms and guidelines can be picked up at all public elementary schools; Danville Library, 400 Front St.; and the Oak Hill Park Community Center. Visit www.streetsmarts-srv.com.
