The Tri-Valley saw a rare sighting atop Mount Diablo and high hills this week as a cold winter storm blew through the region: snow. The dustings remained visible into Thursday afternoon – when the clouds cooperated. Enjoy these pictures snapped by photographer Chuck Deckert.
