The San Ramon Valley school board is set to have a special meeting to discuss primarily personnel matters Tuesday morning (July 22).
Board members are scheduled to meet in closed session, beginning at 9 a.m., to talk about appointing a high school principal and vice principals. School district officials on Monday declined to disclose which schools’ positions will be discussed.
The school board will then convene in open session — anticipated to occur at 9:15 a.m. — to announce what actions, if any, were taken in closed session.
Also in open session, board members will consider approving a two-item consent agenda: a series of changes to classified employee positions and appointment of a representative for the California High School area to sit on the Measure D Facilities Oversight and Advisory Committee.
The morning meeting is scheduled to take place in the boardrooms at the school district offices, 699 Old Orchard Drive in Danville.
